Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables built specifically for your business. Jme Conversions retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, processes, and tools used to create those deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality systems and have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, booking rates, or return on investment. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your team's execution, and your industry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jme Conversions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
